Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Posty at posty.live and posty.live/app (the “Service”), operated by the operator of Posty (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. The Service

Posty lets you connect your own Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, Telegram channels and groups, and TikTok accounts; write posts with text and media; and publish them now or at a scheduled time. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Beta status

The Service is in beta. It is provided free of charge, may contain bugs, may change or be interrupted without notice, and some features or platform connections may be unavailable, limited to approved users or restricted by the platforms (for example, TikTok posts are private until our app passes TikTok’s audit). Do not rely on the Service for anything where a missed or delayed post would cause you serious harm. We may introduce paid plans later and will announce them in advance; you will not be charged without agreeing to it.

3. Accounts

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with these Terms, applicable law, and the terms and policies of each platform you publish to, including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram and Facebook Community Standards, the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Content Posting rules, and the Telegram Terms of Service and Bot rules. You agree not to:

We may remove content, cancel scheduled posts, or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section.

5. Your content

You keep all rights in the text, images, videos and other material you upload or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process (for example, resize or transcode media), transmit and publish Your Content, and to send it to the platforms you choose, on your behalf and on your instructions, for the purpose of operating the Service for you. This licence lasts while Your Content is in the Service and ends when it is deleted, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for advertising.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having all rights and permissions needed to publish it (including music, images, trademarks and the consent of people shown). Uploaded media is served at unguessable but publicly accessible web addresses so that platforms can fetch it; do not upload content you do not want to be accessible to anyone who has the address.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and other third-party platforms that we do not control. Those platforms set their own terms, features, limits and review requirements, may change or withdraw their APIs or permissions, and may reject, limit, delay or remove posts or restrict accounts at any time. Posty is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta, TikTok or Telegram.

Accordingly we give no guarantee that any post will be published, published at the exact scheduled time, or remain published, or that any connection to a platform will be available. Scheduled times may be affected by outages, platform delays and rate limits. You are responsible for checking the result of your posts, which the Service shows per account, and for connecting accounts in line with each platform’s requirements (for example, Instagram posting needs a professional account linked to a Facebook Page, and Telegram posting needs the bot added as a channel administrator).

7. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own lawful purposes. Feedback you give us may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings (Delete account) or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion cancels scheduled posts, disconnects your social accounts and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Posts already published on the platforms are not removed.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform, if your use risks harm to others or the Service, or if we discontinue the Service or the beta. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export or copy your content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 9, 10, 11 and 12) survive.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that posts will be delivered, scheduled accurately or reach any audience. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service, including missed, delayed, altered or failed posts, actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts or content, or loss of access to the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the Service is free) and EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Your responsibility

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms or of a platform’s rules, or your violation of the rights of others, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the operator’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring a claim in your place of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the application before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, delete your account.

14. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
